Job Description

Responsibilities

• Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.
• Exercising substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives. Taking responsibility for own work and the dev team.
• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedure.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Managing and Reporting IT Billing and Expenses

Required Competencies

• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft365, Azure Adminstration.
• At least two years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Knowledge of Python, Data Structure, and algorithms.
• Experience as a backend developer with Flask, Django, etc frameworks.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and a good understanding of MVC concepts.
• Experience in system design, database design, and technologies, including web architecture. Preferably experience with MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres Server, and Cosmos DB.
• Strong experience in working with Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of the Agile development life cycle.
• Solid understanding of software testing practices.
• Creating High-level architectures for projects, including creating/updating business requirements documentation for the product or feature ideation.
• Experience with GIT CI/CD, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps, including writing functional specifications and creating sprints and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• You will be building high performance services, which will live in cloud (Azure) and/or on-premises environments
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Development and implementation experience with object-oriented programming languages, design patterns and design principles
• Write unit tests cases and integrate with the devops.
• Conducts system-wide testing and some integration testing
• Identifies potential opportunities for code optimization as you gain more experience
• Provide input for code reviews and helps with environment build deployments, release notes and build notices
• Reviews code to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and defects and helps to identify sources of defects as well as troubleshoots various forms of code.

Required Competencies

• 2 - 4 years of experience working with .NET and related technologies
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• You should be well versed with .NET framework 4.0 or later version
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Should have good understating of writing LINQ queries
• Experience developing APIs and web-based applications
• Well versed with database concepts (preferably in SQL server but not mandatory)
• Knack for writing clean, readable C# code
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Function App, Event Hub, Servicebus Application Insight, Azure Dev Ops, App service plans)

Nice to Have:

• Java coding experience
• Proficient with Entity framework
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, Experience in working with No SQL DB
• Knowledge of Azure service bus(queues), event hubs (RabbitMQ) and Redis cache will be preferable

• Develop detailed test plans and create effective test cases tailored to each product.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing methodologies, with a focus on automation and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address testing challenges.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
